How To Knit A Dementia Friends Forget-Me-Not

To celebrate our work with people living with dementia we are aiming to knit a sheep entirely out of Dementia Friends forget-me-nots. Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Friends programme is the biggest ever initiative to change people’s perceptions of dementia. It aims to transform the way the nation thinks, talks and acts about the condition. Join in the fun and help us knit and crochet 5000 flowers! All you need to do is follow the simple pattern in this video using any blue and yellow yarn, make as many flowers as you can, and send them to us here at The Courtyard, Edgar Street, Hereford, HR4 9JR
