A visit to Warrington Museum & Art Gallery on a lovely sunny day. Like many towns and cities across the UK, Warrington has a rich history dating to Roman times. The museum and art gallery contains numerous displays from local history, Egyption, botany, zoology, ethnology and life growing up. Plus has numerous special displays throughout the year. Close by to the museum is Palmyra Square which is centred around the Cultural Quarter of bars, restaurants and the Parr Hall and Pyramid Centre.
