HD 60FPS: Hudson Line Metro-North & Amtrak Railfanning @ Hastings Ft. a Race & FRA Inspection Car

Today I went railfanning at Hastings-On-Hudson, and I only expected the normal Hudson Line stuff, but was I wrong! I got my first good race ever! The only other one I got that I can remember was last year at Irvington, but it wasn't as good as this one. I also saw an FRA inspection car on the end of a Lake Shore Limited. I really wasn't expecting it. I looked at my footage and I saw that there were some boxes that looked like sensors on the bogies, so that leaves me to believe that it was a track inspection car.
