Hello! I'm instructor Lenn★ This time, I've put together a detailed explanation of the movements that appear in SH'BAM, a Les Mills program I've been teaching for about 10 years! During lessons, even when the instructor gives instructions for the next movement, it can be difficult to hear because the microphone is muffled, or the instructor speaks too fast and you can't understand what they're saying (lol).
