The Suzuki Katana has returned with an upgrade. Incorporating the same updated features as last year's GSX-S1000, it adds an electronic throttle, two-way quickshifter, and five-stage traction control. The most noticeable change, of course, is the electronic throttle. Not only is the throttle response faster, but the overall ride quality has also been enhanced. Furthermore, the suspension has been meticulously refined for a smoother, more accommodating feel. While the Katana's still-adopting LCD digital instrument cluster may lag behind the competition, its appeal remains irreplaceable.
