Uganda oil refinery deal signed - Alpha MBM to construct a 60,000-barrel-per-day facility
The Ugandan Government has signed a landmark oil refinery agreement with Alpha MBM Investments from the United Arab Emirates. The deal grants Alpha MBM a 60% stake in the refinery project, while the Uganda National Oil Company retains 40% share.
