In this lecture, we will trace Brodsky's path after 1972: how he lived, what he wrote, how he won the Nobel Prize, and how he became world-famous. We will examine whether the West became his true home or whether he forever remained a "tenant on a side street," lost between two worlds. I don't want to choose either country or cemetery.
