Within days of launch Mouse P.I. For Hire hit Overwhelmingly Positive on Steam with a 95% score. One of the highest rated games of 2026. But then the IGN review dropped and scored it a 6 out of 10... Not because the gameplay was broken. Not because the game was bad. But because the IGN reviewer judged Mouse: P.I. For Hire against a game that doesn't exist.
