Homemade Toilet Bombs That Actually Work! EASY Toilet Bomb Recipe!

Today I'm going to show you how to make easy toilet bombs with a super simple recipe. I've already formulated a recipe for this project that was successful and performed very well, but it was a complex recipe with lots of different ingredients and tedious steps. So I started from scratch and only kept the main ingredients for a super simple toilet bath bomb recipe. Baking soda and vinegar are both great cleaners and when used together they have super cleaning power. But you can't add liquid vinegar to baking soda, so powder vinegar is the next best thing. I used 75% vinegar to make the vinegar powder. Be careful as It's really strong. Do this outside in a well-ventilated area while wearing gloves and a mask. Mix 1/2 cup corn starch + about 25 milliliters vinegar. Mix everything well and knead the powder with your hands so that the ingredients are evenly distributed, then lay the powder flat to dry for a few hours in the sun. {You can repeat these steps multiple times to make it super concentrated}. Sieve all dry ingredients. Add 2 cups baking soda into bowl. Add 50 milliliters of liquid to act as a binder (I used fragrance oil). Mix the baking soda and liquid thoroughly. Next add 2 cups citric acid, 1/2 cup vinegar powder, and 1 teaspoon powder surfactant (SLSa) [or add 10-20 milliliters liquid surfactant]. (the surfactant creates foam and suds to clean with). Make sure all the ingredients are fully incorporated and evenly distributed. The mix should hold together when squeezed. Fill both molds, pack them, and sprinkle loose mix on top. Smoosh the 2 sides together tightly (until the molds firmly touch all the way around). Tap both sides with a spoon to release the bomb. Allow them to dry for 24 hours then wrap them. TO USE: Drop a toilet bomb in the toilet and allow it to dissolve. Rub the foam all over and allow it to sit while you scrub the entire bowl thoroughly.
