STUCK! Secret Life of Pets MAJOR Breakdown & Ride Extraction

"The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash" is a slow moving dark ride at Universal Studios Hollywood that uses screens to complement physical sets. It is almost entirely animatronics; there are over 60 animated characters. Because of this the ride experiences frequent breakdowns. This is our experience of such a major breakdown. We were eventually extracted because our car had malfunctioned. Apparently we were "improperly seated" by the attendant at the beginning of the ride.
