Sotacuro, one of those arrested for the triple homicide in Florencio Varela, confessed that the crime was motivated by drug theft, information that is now solidified in the case file. The case considers that the victims were used as "bargaining chips" to recover between 150 and 200 kg of cocaine that never reached the organization of Sotacuro and Alex (one of the fugitives). Currently, nine people are in custody, and the cell phone records are expected to advance new charges and the reclassification of the crime next week at the San Justo prosecutor's office. The search is intensifying, as three fugitives have international arrest warrants, and efforts are underway to identify three other accomplices through nicknames and video footage. In total, the prosecutor's office estimates that at least 15 people participated in the triple homicide.
