Drawing on the story of Peter stepping out of the boat in Matthew 14, Walking on Water is a reminder that storms will always blow — but with your eyes on Jesus, you will walk through life. I got this song right in the middle of a sermon I was giving in 2019 on Peter's little adventure in a storm and sang it then and there to my amused audience. I have modified the words slight, but the skeleton and tune remain the same, albeit with a Caribbean flavor.
