A scrubbing brush • 1x2kg brown sugar 1x2kg white sugar 3 lemons, 4 jalapenos 1 cup of raisins 10g tartaric acid • 500g raw ginger 10 plain tea bags • 1x20l bucket cleaned & sterilized filled with 10l of water.
