Is Ilford Police Station under special measures| Worse than Charing Cross

Auditing Ilford Police Station and I encounter a few rude and arrogant Officers. They don't identify themselves and become very sarcastic because I am not letting them stamp no authority over me. Today I did not let any person who approached me without Identifying themselves get a word in edge ways. Today I was not in the mood to listen to Idiot and clueless Police officers or Police staff.
