Connor supports the evaluation of the Health Home mission, with a focus on assessing how new models improve access, experience, and outcomes across the Quintuple Aim for people with diverse health needs. Suzanne Pashley is a Data Analyst for the FLA OHT. In her role with the FLA OHT, Suzanne focuses on analyzing data to inform initiatives that enhance the quality and accessibility of care for the diverse populations of Frontenac, Lennox & Addington counties, in alignment with the organization’s people‑centred Health Home mission.
