Lately, I've been seeing a lot of videos about Chinese-style bibimbap on YouTube, so I decided to visit Uijeongbu Dol Jjajang, the most famous restaurant in Uijeongbu. The sauce for the Chinese-style bibimbap was good, with a smoky aroma and a mouthwatering appearance... but perhaps because the rice portion was too large, it was a bit bland, which was a shame. On the other hand, the Dol Jjajang was a great balance of sweet and salty, and the cuttlefish, octopus, and shrimp looked fresh, so I really enjoyed it. The other dishes were generally decent as well... but why do I still feel a sense of something missing? Personally, I thought the Dol Jjajang was better than the Chinese-style bibimbap...
