Smažený sýr

Fried cheese is a traditional Czech dish, despite the fact that some professional chefs have been literally campaigning against him in recent decades, and tried to drive him out of public catering and the subconscious of people in general. Despite their "witch hunt", however, this traditional Czech delicacy has remained on the menus of restaurants, cafeterias and fast food stalls. "Smažák" has kept its place in traditional home cooking, and therefore is still a popular dish. The one whose name was forbidden returned to prominence. Everyone can make fried cheese at home.
