Viajes y salud mental: una recorrida para conectar con las tradiciones de Areguá
As part of a tour of different parts of the country, we visited the Areguá Artisans Association, where art, culture, and local traditions come together to create a space for connection and well-being. The experience allowed us to learn firsthand about the work of the artisans and highlight the importance of activities like travel and connecting with cultural identity as tools that also contribute to emotional well-being and mental health.
