Every time I put my phone down after hours of scrolling — I feel one thing. Regret. Not relaxed. Not entertained. Just regret. Last Saturday I had 12 hours of screen time. And at 1am I was still scrolling — exhausted, guilty, unable to stop. So I decided to actually understand why. Why do we keep doing something that makes us feel this bad?
