Every time I put my phone down after hours of scrolling — I feel one thing. Regret. Not relaxed. Not entertained. Just regret. Last Saturday I had 12 hours of screen time. And at 1am I was still scrolling — exhausted, guilty, unable to stop. So I decided to actually understand why. Why do we keep doing something that makes us feel this bad? In this video I break down the real psychology behind scrolling addiction, what it is actually doing to your brain, your real life and your mental health — and four things that are genuinely helping me reduce it. This video covers: ✦ Why you can't stop scrolling — and why it's not your fault ✦ How social media is literally designed to hijack your brain ✦ What doom scrolling is doing to your attention span and motivation ✦ The real mental health impact on women specifically ✦ 4 realistic things I'm doing to take my time back I haven't fixed this completely. But I'm being honest about it. And sometimes honesty is the first step. 💬 Tell me in the comments — what's your screen time this week? I'll go first.
