Pour la genoise : 120g de sucre, 4 oeufs, 120g de farine et un sachet de levure. Préchauffez le four à 180°, beurrez votre moule. Puis battez ensemble le sucre et les œufs jusqu'à ce que le contenu triple de volume et blanchisse. Puis incorporez délicatement et petit à petit la farine et la levure. Enfournez pendant 30min. Pour la mascarpone: mélangez ensemble un pot de mascarpone, de la crème épaisse 30g matière grasse, extrait de vanille jusqu'à ce que la crème tienne en faisant le fameux "bec" d'oiseau. ENG.
