Tomato Tartare + Summer Recipe + Hello foodies!!! This week, Hervé is treating us once again to a very refreshing recipe for this summer: a tomato and watermelon tartare! Very easy to make, this recipe will become a staple for your meals and picnics. Watermelon, tomatoes, and feta cheese—it's THE perfect combination ;) ---- 🛒 RECIPE INGREDIENTS 🛒 ---- ​​1 watermelon 3 ripe tomatoes (beefsteak type) 150g feta cheese 1 bunch of fresh basil Olive oil Balsamic vinegar Fleur de sel (sea salt flakes) Pepper -------- 🧑‍🍳 RECIPE STEPS 👩‍🍳 -------- 1. Cut the tomatoes, watermelon, and feta cheese into small cubes. 2. Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl. 3. Finely chop a few basil leaves. 4. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. 5. Add the dressing to the salad bowl and toss to combine. 6. Garnish with a few basil leaves. 7. Serve and enjoy!
