Family Meals that Stretch - 3 Meals from Only 1 Package of Mince!

Here are 3 family meal ideas that can be made from a single pack of mince. I always try to take advantage of reduced meat products when I see them but sometimes they won't fit into the meal plan. If I have room left in my food budget I will pick them up anyway and make freezer meals to help me out later. This means that if I have a particularly busy time or am not feeling great then rather than calling for a takeaway I can whip something out of the freezer already made. This also helps to reduce our food spending as we are spending less on the main meat for a meal which is usually the most expensive part. By bulking out the meals I can stretch a package of meat to several meals.
