The Redwoods drumming exercise class is led by Lindsay, who combines the love for music and cardio in one class! Drumming exercise combines the benefits of physical fitness with the help of music-making. Using drumsticks and large exercise balls set on overturned 3-legged stools, participants engage in a new kind of fitness experience that is based on principles of rhythm and movement. Together the group explores how drumming can improve mood, boost the immune system, provide an outlet for creativity, and support a healthy body and mind.
