I replaced the cantilever brakes on my Surly Cross Check with PAUL components. Just for my own satisfaction. Then, I took my newly modified Cross Check for a lunch stroll around my local town and a stem-hunting ride. I bought a stem for my Ghost Grappler and tried it out. Just a lazy ride during my free time.
