Global experience using a magnet in the treatment of various conditions has demonstrated its effectiveness in accelerating fracture healing, healing certain types of wounds, and increasing joint mobility in osteoarthritis. The mechanism of action involves the activation of calcium signaling pathways and the expression of certain genes (the collagen synthesis gene), as well as increased activity of tenocytes, fibroblasts, and myoblasts. The presentation provides key sources of information so that any listener can verify the information for themselves. Our goal is to demonstrate an alternative approach to hernia treatment other than surgery – modulated resorption. Two clinics in Samara and Volgograd, led by A.M. Tkachev and A.V. Epifanov, are now working specifically for the purpose of hernia reduction. At conferences, we present images and discuss how we achieve these results, allowing the scientific community to discuss the MRI results and the methods we've chosen, comparing them with the results of surgical treatment and no treatment at all.
