How to Grease Your Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series Driveshaft

After my last off-roading adventure which involved several water crossings, I noticed my Land Cruiser was making a thud or clunk noise when going in gear or letting off the throttle. After some quick googling I discovered these trucks are supposed to have their driveshafts greased regularly.
