Fabryka Norblina - wyzwania na placu budowy

The revitalization of the Norblin Factory was a huge construction and logistical challenge. At key moments, about a thousand employees and over a hundred conservators were involved in the work, who had to demonstrate maximum professionalism and concentration due to the work carried out in the vicinity of monuments. Now, thanks to the investment, post-factory buildings have returned to their heyday, have been given new functions, and an eight-story modern office space has been built over them in an industrial atmosphere. The Norblin Factory currently has over 65,000 sqm total area, of which 41 thousand. sqm are modern class A + offices, and 24 thousand. sqm have been adapted to the entertainment, cultural, gastronomic, commercial and service space.
