The Hyperbike takes Shape | Hyperbike Project

Why would anyone spend days building a wooden mockup before cutting a single piece of aluminum? Because DA#22 isn’t being developed like a conventional motorcycle. Together with Diamond Atelier, we are developing DA#22 — the world's first Hyperbike. In the previous episode, the full-scale wooden buck was created to define the proportions, surfaces, and design language of the tank cover. In Episode 4, those design studies are transformed into the first aluminum body panels. Although it appears to be a traditional fuel tank, this structure actually serves as a cover for the airbox and surrounding components, while defining one of the most important visual elements of the Hyperbike. The base platform is a KTM 1290 Super Duke, but most of the motorcycle will be extensively modified throughout the build process. DA#22 World Premiere: Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026
