This year, ayu fishing has been difficult in all rivers throughout Kochi Prefecture, but I tried ayu fishing again on the Monobe River. Since there hasn't been any rain since the season opened, the river has remained low, making fishing difficult every day. However, this time I managed to catch a nice 20cm ayu!
