2006 Suzuki Karimun GX Review | The Real City Car When the Suzuki Karimun Kotak was first launched, there was only one model, but since 2002, there have been two models: the GX and the DX. The Karimun GX is the top-of-the-line variant. The exterior of the GX model features roof rails, a wide rear trunk handle, fog lamps, a chrome-accented front grille for a more luxurious look, 5-spoke alloy wheels, and a rear wiper for a more streamlined look. The Karimun's unique design has certainly drawn some criticism, especially since it was initially marketed against its rival, the Hyundai AtoZ, with its more modern body design. However, many people still enjoy the Karimun Kotak's unique and classic look, and this rugged design remains attractive to this day. This car is relatively easy to maintain, as it still uses a conventional F10A engine. This engine, which still uses a carburetor to supply fuel, is the same as the one used in the Suzuki Forsa, Jimny, or Carry 1000.
