A good friend of rapper Julio Foolio emotionally took the stand and recalled the events leading up to Charles Jones being shot while out for his birthday activities. His friend was asleep when the shooting happened but woke up when the car hit something. The friend later realized he was also shot. Alicia Andrews is on trial related to the fatal shooting.
