Technical: Dyson DC04 Motor Replacement PART 1
This is PART 1 of a "how to" video showing the procedure to replace a motor in a Dyson DC04, which uses motor of type YDK model YV511 Tools needed for this job will be a Torx T15 Allen Key, or a Torx T15 screwdriver. You will also need a small flat bladed screwdriver, and some 3 in one light oil to lubricate hinges and pivot points, but this is not essential.
