Their large blade covers a large area in a single pass. The only real downsides are that the blade seems to move slower so you need do the same. And for anyone hoping they're good for beards and having a bit of length using the guards, unfortunately in my experience they snag as you go past so I can only recommend if you intend to use without a guard.
