Straight Talk Africa Guest Gerald Gahim, Ph.D. on the Kenya and ICC Situation

November 13, 2013 - Gerald Gahima, Ph.D, the former judge of the war crimes chamber of the court of Bosnia-Herzegovina. He also served as the prosecutor general and deputy chief justice of the Rwanda Supreme Court. He spoke with Straight Talk Africa host Shaka Ssali and the audience about the ICC Kenya, and Africa. Dr. Gahima is also the author of the recently published "TRANSITIONAL JUSTICE IN RWANDA," a book that analyzes the full range of the transitional justic processes undertaken for the Rwandan genocide.
