Intuitive Scribble Grid | Art Meditation | Unwind Your Mind & Relax
Here's a fun twist on my most popular Art Meditation technique! Follow along for a tutorial on doing the "Intuitive Scribble" method in a grid. This one is easygoing, fun, and good for your brain: slow down, relax, and find flow state through coloring and doodling. The exercise shown in this video is beginner-friendly; no artistic talent or experience required! If you can make a scribble, you can do this! You can check out my Amazon Storefront for my favorite supplies (your local art stores should have these, so check there, too!): https://www.amazon.com/shop/createmed...
