I Hosted a Women's Retreat in the South of France. Here's What Happened.

I hosted a women's retreat at a private French château. Seven days. Eleven women. More rosé than anyone expected. This is what it actually looked like... the slow mornings, the long lunches that stretched into afternoon, the breathwork session where everyone cried, and the night we danced under the stars in the garden until midnight. We kayaked the Gardon River, wandered a medieval market, sat around a table at a local domaine while a French winemaker poured glass after glass, and ate food I'm still thinking about. But the most fascinating thing to see? How fast strangers become something else when you give them space to slow down.
