Summer in Vermont... an author's life in the rural green mountains

Hello sweet friends, summer has finally arrived here in the Vermont mountains! I have been roaming the woods surrounding where I live, swimming in the cool lakes, visiting the farmers, planting my garden, working on new books, and making granola. Whew! I believe that story is art - that it's sacred, and that it is and has always been a force that changes and shapes our world. That's why I write, and that's why I create videos (even co-produced an environmental film).
