As you would know that the Himalayan is India’s first home-grown adventure motorcycle and made quite an impact when it was launched in 2016. However, the first-generation Himalayan didn’t have a smooth journey as it was plagued with lots of quality issues and Royal Enfield received a lot of flack for it. Over the years Royal Enfield has improved the Himalayan and the BS6 version without a doubt is its best effort yet. The new bike gets a BS6 engine and while power is down marginally, it also gains 5kg in weight.
