The South Jakarta District Attorney's Office has decided not to detain Roy Suryo and Doctor Tifa, even though the alleged defamation case related to the accusation of a fake diploma belonging to the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, has entered the prosecution stage. The decision was made after the families of the two suspects offered to act as guarantors, and both men expressed their cooperation throughout the legal process.
