Yamaha XV535 Virago - Recommissioning (Part 11) Replace Front Disk Pads
In this eleventh part in our video diary of the recommissioning work that we're doing on our 1997 Yamaha XV535 Virago project bike, we replace the front brake pads. In the previous video, we'd taken her out for a first test ride and the front brake was pretty much non-existent. We did also have some running issues during the first ride out and we'll be doing a full carbs-off carburettor clean in the next video. We should then be ready for the next test ride where, hopefully, everything is sorted. When we do the full carbs-off clean, you'll see the joys of refitting the carbs to the airbox rubbers...watch this space...
