Original arrangement and animation by winn: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm6731078 I think this was the first EWI video that really blew me away with its sheer awesomeness in both the arrangement and presentation despite being a relatively simple animation compared to some of the other character themes that had been done by this point. Then you remember that it's Mima and it all makes sense. Touhou fans have been wanting her to make a return for a long time for good reason.
