Here, I offer a Yin Yoga sequence for the well-being of your deep tissues (fascia, tendons, ligaments, bones, etc.) and the restoration of your entire body. Feel free to find some cushions or a bolster, bricks (which you can replace with books), a blanket, or even a strap (or scarf) if needed. This sequence is intended to be restorative and regenerative, so I encourage you to listen to yourself so as not to injure yourself. We will remain on the ground for the entire duration of the practice and hold each posture for between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. The three fundamental principles of Yin Yoga are: Find your limit Stay still there and for the long term ▷ IMPORTANT ◁ ▷ This class is not suitable for pregnant women or people with physical fragility or hyper/hypotension. ▷ If in doubt, it is recommended to consult a doctor before practicing. ▷ It is not recommended to eat for at least 2 hours before practicing.
