As a tiny hatchling, he was swept from his nest when the floodwaters rose — carried far from his siblings and left to fend for himself in shrinking, muddy pools. For days he survived alone, dodging predators and the blazing sun, until he was found weak and half-buried in silt. Against every odd, he pulled through. Today, safe and thriving in his own home, this brave little turtle is living the second chance he fought so hard for — and he's sharing every moment with the world. 🐢💚 After everything he went through alone as a hatchling, the moments when Taylorsniff sits quietly by himself always tug at our hearts a little. But here's the beautiful part — he's never actually alone.
