Modified LD100 motorized bike build, (walkaround)

Just assembled it, haven't done any carb tuning and the muffler is just hanging on temporarily by the rubber hose and a zip tie. Will probably take off this MZ65 expansion chamber and weld up a custom one (it's header diameter is too small for the LD100 exhaust port). What I've done- Changed port timing massively by raising the cylinder up 0.25 inch with a spacer, and machined an equal amount off the top of the cylinder (had to remove the top fin). Turned it upside down in the milling machine, and used a long end mill bit to make the transfer port grooves way deeper than before (had to add JB Weld between the fins since I milled all the way through the available metal around the transfer ports). Exhaust duration is more than 190 degrees now, but raising the cylinder reduced the blowdown by a few degrees- so the porting still needs improvement to rev out fully. Haven't added a boost port yet, so will be doing that, increasing the blowdown, and much more soon. Has a Mikuni carb from a Suzuki AX100 (not tuned yet), "real" MZ65 pipe (lol), G2 reed with a custom flange inlet to fit the bigger carb, windowed piston, etc. Haven't touched compression or ignition timing- want to focus this build only on porting and getting it to breathe well at high rpms. Once the porting is as aggressive as I can make it, I'll be putting on an even bigger carb and pipe.
