Évaluation des établissements_phase 2 au périscope
As school and institutional evaluation enters its second phase, how has this participatory approach, based on self-assessment and external evaluation, evolved from a methodological innovation to a genuine driver of cultural transformation? The widespread adoption of the second phase of institutional evaluation marks a major strategic turning point in school governance. Conceived not as top-down control, but as a genuine support process, it raises questions about the role of collective intelligence and the professional development of management staff. To better understand the implications of this evolution, this new program brings together experts and practitioners around three fundamental areas of discussion. First, the in-depth analysis of the specific needs of each institution, an essential starting point for successful implementation. Second, the speakers will highlight the managerial model and collaborative tools indispensable for translating the initial diagnosis into concrete, sustainable, and engaging action plans for all teams. Finally, the discussions will explore ways to foster buy-in from the educational community, manage resistance, and sustainably drive this collective momentum. Beyond specific practices, the aim is to examine how this process now structures territorial governance and is permanently redefining collaborations to support continuous improvement.
