Roads, trees, rooftops, parks are now all covered in snow and rainfall is replaced with snowfall creating a whole new atmosphere for GTA IV. I've also installed some winter clothing for the protagonists to further increase immersion. PLEASE NOTE: The GTA IV Snow Mod is not fully compatible with Episodes from Liberty City. The mod files have been edited a fair bit to work alongside EFLC.
