Plitvice Lakes to Forest Hides | My First Wild Encounter 🐻

A perfect day at Plitvice Lakes National Park and the depths of Croatia's Forests. This adventure became something far more unforgettable than I could of expected! From the beautiful magical waterfalls and turquoise water of Plitvice Lakes, to the mystery of the forest and the unknown within. As the afternoon sun came down, alone in a secluded hide, I waited in the quietness with a good ole' flask of tea 😉 and my camera at the ready ........ What followed for my first ever bear encounter and shear joy I will never forget...but the forest had more in store .. As the light lowered amongst the trees, unexpected visitors began to emerge. Foxes and a Pine Marten silently moved in and out of the foliage, a reminder that patience, time and luck is what makes wild places more visible and even more beautiful.
