Rooted in product design and customer-first thinking, Aidan draws on his personal experiences and entrepreneurial grit to challenge outdated financial systems and build tools that truly serve the end user. At Panathēnea 2025, he shared insights on fintech as a force for consumer empowerment. Egor Kirin is the Founder and CEO of Agro.Club, the largest global grain marketplace, now active across five continents. With an academic foundation in the U.S. and an international corporate background in agriculture, Egor has led large-scale business development efforts around the world. In 2018, he launched Agro.Club to digitally connect the agricultural value chain, with a mission to make food systems more secure, efficient, and sustainable. At Panathēnea, Egor brought a bold perspective on how technology can modernize essential industries and create long-term value across global supply chains.
