Nomura Real Estate Development is working on a development project that will transform Tokyo's bay area. The setting for this project is "BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA," which is scheduled for partial completion in 2025. Based on the concept of "Tokyo WORKation," which combines work and vacation, the company will provide a "new way of working" in an office with views of the sky, sea, and greenery. We take a closer look at Nomura Real Estate's strategy, which aims to create a world-class water city. Meanwhile, Chuo Nippon Land and Building Group is carrying out a massive development in the Toranomon area. Construction of the 29-story complex, TORANOGATE, is scheduled for completion in 2027. REVZO Toranomon, an office building developed by Chuo Nippon Land, features features unthinkable in mid-sized offices, which increase the productivity of the business people working there. Some tenant companies have reportedly doubled their sales.
