Human Powered Shock Dyno & Shocking Test Drive Results

Every part that I add to my car requires some level scrutiny. Shocks are very important for the feel of the car so I made a human powered shock dyno. I measured the compression and extension forces and plotted it against the velocity. A load cell measured the force while a video tracker tool measured the velocity. I manually combined the data to plot a force curve versus velocity. The extension results are a little weird, but the driving results are consistent with the measurements. Here's the other video that I made that also used the load cell to measure chassis torsional rigidity.    • DIY Chassis Torsional Rigidity Testing, Th...   Patreon   / ahhgaragetime   Instagram   / ahhgaragetime   FB   / ahhgaragetime   Website https://www.ahhgaragetime.com
